Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Senior Property Manager for its Lisbon office.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and ambitious professional, with strong expertise in Property Management, who is eager to grow within an international and corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the management of a portfolio of real estate assets, acting as the main point of contact for international and corporate clients;
  • Strong focus onclient retention, service excellence and long-term relationship management;
  • Preparation, control and monitoring of operational budgets, service charges and cash flows;
  • Coordination of general meetings and implementation of strategic and operational decisions;
  • Preparation ofperiodic financial and operational reports for clients;
  • Development andexecution of Capex plans and investment strategies;
  • Supervision andcoordination of external service providers, ensuring quality, compliance and cost control;
  • Coordination, guidance and support of junior Property Managers and operational teams;
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property management;
  • Proactive identification of improvement opportunities, adding value to clients' assets.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Property Management (mandatory), preferably with corporate and international clients;
  • Leadership skills and strong interest in team coordination;
  • Strong ability to retain clients, manage expectations and deliver high-quality service;
  • FluentEnglish (spoken and written) — mandatory, due to international client exposure;
  • Highly dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive profile, with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Driving licence (mandatory);
  • Availability for occasional travel within national territory.
