Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Nursing (Pediatric & Medically Fragile)
Company: SSS3 Protective Care Nursing & Therapy Services Location: Baltimore City, PG County, Baltimore County, Howard County, & Montgomery County Pay: $45 – $65 per hour (Based on experience and case acuity) Status: PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling)

Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Skilled Intervention: Provide high-level nursing care—including medication administration, assessments, and clinical interventions—strictly following physician orders.
- Vigilant Monitoring: Act as the primary clinical advocate, monitoring patient conditions and proactively reporting changes to ensure safety and stability.
- Family Partnership: Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to provide education and emotional support.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Licensure: A valid, active Maryland RN License.
- Clinical Background: Experience in pediatrics or home care is highly preferred, but we value strong clinical judgment and a desire to learn.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification is required.
