Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Skilled Intervention: Provide high-level nursing care—including medication administration, assessments, and clinical interventions—strictly following physician orders.
• Vigilant Monitoring: Act as the primary clinical advocate, monitoring patient conditions and proactively reporting changes to ensure safety and stability.
• Family Partnership: Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to provide education and emotional support.
• Clinical Integrity: Maintain precise, real-time documentation that reflects the high standard of care you provide.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Licensure: A valid, active Maryland RN License.
• Clinical Background: Experience in pediatrics or home care is highly preferred, but we value strong clinical judgment and a desire to learn.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification is required.
• Mindset: The ability to work independently with confidence, combined with the "soft skills" necessary to thrive in a private home environment.
