Midnight Dispatcher for Trucking Services

In this pivotal role, you will support drivers with necessary trip information while ensuring smooth operations during your shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and respond to driver inquiries effectively
• Monitor driver activity using Back Office and XRS
• Assist senior planner with daily operations and requests
• Ensure completion of all Trip Sheets and live updates
• Address customer requests promptly during evening duties

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail in tracking operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
