Anonymous Cafe is looking for FOH Staff to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated, positive and organized candidates. Our ideal candidate is a team player who displays a strong work ethic, has wonderful communication skills and respect for displaying great customer service skills. Candidate must have flexible schedules and will be asked to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends. We will contact eligible applicants via email to schedule an interview.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum three years experience
• Take orders at the POS and delivers food and drinks to the tables and customers when necessary
• Refills all supplies in the FOH daily
• Maintains and cleans equipment and FOH daily
• Maintains shop through opening and closing procedures

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Give customers food and drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Serve beverages and prepared food to the tables
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Clean all areas in the front of house
• Must have Food Handler's Safety Certificate

Compensation will be based on experience. We offer paid training and daily meal/beverage is offered.
