Associate Compliance Analyst
Associate Compliance Analyst – Boston, MA This position is a full‐time, hybrid Associate Compliance Analyst in Boston, MA. The analyst supports commercial approval of alcoholic beverages worldwide with a focus on the United States and performs tasks related to licensing, permitting, formulations, and brand registration. What You'll Brew: Coordinate, prepare, maintain, and follow up on regulatory submissions for product approval, including formula and label approvals. Interact with regulatory agencies to obtain product approval or clearance. Participate in meetings and decision‐making regarding formulation and labeling. Review and approve product labeling, packaging, and advertising for compliance. Prepare regulatory submissions for import and export of alcoholic beverages. Coordinate and maintain federal and state licensing for production and sales. Maintain internal databases and documents on regulatory matters. Perform other regulatory affairs duties when requested. Assist with internal quality and regulatory compliance audits and monitoring corrective actions. Conduct factual and legal research. Provide backup support to the Regulatory Affairs team. Execute tactical regulatory tasks as assigned. What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: 1–5 years of relevant work experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Salary range: $23.56 – $44.23/hour, depending on experience, skillset, and location. This position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
