Senior Supplier Relations & Sourcing Leader

HHMI Headquarters in Chevy Chase, Maryland is seeking a Manager, Supplier Relationships to lead the full sourcing cycle across the Institute. This role partners with the Office of General Counsel and procurement leadership to negotiate contracts, implement AI-assisted review, and coach a small team in day-to-day decisions.

You will drive market research, RFPs, supplier selections, and lifecycle management, ensuring competitive sourcing, ethics, and ROI.
