Ohio Licensed Insurance Sales Rep

Engaging with active insurance shoppers, the full-time Ohio Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will utilize inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS to recommend tailored insurance solutions while working remotely in a fast-paced sales environment. Key responsibilities Engage with customers through various communication channels to identify their insurance needs Recommend tailored insurance products and solutions based on customer coverage gaps Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach without cold calling Required qualifications Active Ohio Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or related fields Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong understanding of insurance products and services Proven track record of meeting sales goals or performance metrics
