Customer Success Manager – AI-Driven SaaS Product – up to 70K EUR – Utrecht

Applying for grants is often complex and time-consuming. We want to change that and help researchers and companies do what they do best: focus on impactful research and innovation. That's why we started building Grantific, an AI-driven platform that automates the process of writing grant proposals. Our mission is to automate all repetitive and manual actions via our platform, while adding innovative features that help users write better grant proposals.
We are a small fast growing team, but work closely with industry leaders Brainial and Catayze leveraging their knowledge and experience. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team and help our clients get maximum value from the Grantific platform.
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Grantific, you will be the main point of contact for our clients after the sales process. You will guide new customers through onboarding, ensure successful adoption of the platform, and build long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Leading onboarding processes for new customers and ensure smooth implementation
- Train and support clients in using the Grantific platform; give them the tips and tricks they need to
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer success
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with product and sales teams
- Resolve customer questions and coordinate support where needed
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and onboarding documentation
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS onboarding, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SaaS platforms or technology products is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
