Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3–4 days onsite at 20 Bay Street) Language: Strong written and verbal English communication skills required Duration: 2–3 month contract with potential for extension Background Check Requirement: Criminal Record Check required About the Opportunity A large public sector organization is seeking a detail‐oriented and tech‐savvy Data Entry Analyst to support an important vendor compliance and data validation initiative. This project plays a key role in helping the organization align with evolving provincial procurement directives by validating vendor headquarter locations and workforce information across Canada and the United States. Working alongside a collaborative data analytics team, you'll help manage and validate information for approximately 3,000 vendors using a combination of research, Excel, and AI‐assisted tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‐career professional who enjoys problem‐solving, working with data, and finding creative ways to improve efficiency and accuracy. What's In It for You Gain hands‐on experience working on a high‐impact public sector initiative Collaborate with a forward‐thinking data analytics team exploring AI‐driven solutions Build practical experience with data validation, research, and reporting processes Enjoy flexible working hours with core collaboration hours between 10am–3pm Join a workplace that values initiative, curiosity, and innovative thinking Your Responsibilities You'll research vendor and parent company information through company websites, public records, and AI‐assisted tools You'll populate and maintain vendor information in Excel, including headquarters locations and employee counts In this role, you'll validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy across large datasets You'll apply critical thinking and judgment to verify findings and resolve discrepancies You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project deliverables and reporting timelines Skills and Qualifications Post‐secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related field Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications Familiarity with AI‐assisted research tools is considered an asset Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to work independently Comfortable conducting online research and interpreting company information Self‐starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‐paced environment All qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
