What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to support for employees navigating their tuition assistance benefits.

Assist with login and account access issues

Guide customers through document submissions and payment processes

Review requirements and help resolve missing or incorrect information

Handle policy-based inquiries with confidence and clarity

Support customers through complex or sensitive situations

What We're Looking For:

MUST HAVE: 1-2+ years of customer service or admin experience

Comfortable multitasking across systems (CRM, Outlook, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Independent problem-solving skills

Ability to handle escalations and tough conversations

Understanding that every case matters (this involves real money )

Backgrounds from banking, healthcare admin, or similar roles are highly preferred!

NICE TO HAVE: College experience or exposure to education/admissions

Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
