Outbound Call Center Rep- $20-21/hr
Outbound Call Center Rep Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (may shift to 8:00-4:00) Location: 100% on-site, accessible by public transportation Start: Monday, June 15th Role Overview Seeking professional, confident communicators to conduct telephone interviews and recruit participants for market research projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone interviews and document responses Screen and recruit participants for research studies Follow up on leads and perform targeted web searches Meet call volume and recruiting goals Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data collection Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Professional and assertive communication style Strong time management and follow-through Ability to build rapport and handle objections Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accurate data entry Microsoft Office proficiency Positive, self-motivated team player able to work independently Training & Attendance On-time attendance is required No absences or time off permitted during the first two weeks of training All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
