Field Services Engineer

Alexander Daniels Global is supporting a leading global AM OEM company actively looking for a field services engineer. In addition to the hardware, the organisation provides software and support services that help customers optimise manufacturing workflows and achieve consistent, high‐quality output. The ideal candidate will work on advanced Additive Manufacturing systems designed to produce complex components.

The position is based in Spain, ideally within the Basque Country, and involves delivering high‐quality service and support so customers can fully benefit from their AM technology investment.

What you'll do:

-Installation and commissioning of AM systems.

-Delivery of training and support to machine operators, both onsite and remotely.

-Building and maintaining professional customer relationships.

-Ensuring service visits are completed promptly and in line with company expectations.

-Submitting expenses and timesheets on time.

-Following all relevant PPE and safety guidelines.

What we're looking for:

-Experience as a Support or Field Service Engineer, ideally working with AM, CNC, robotics, or automation equipment.

-Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.

-Full European driving licence.

-Frequent travel required across Spain, Portugal and the south of France, plus occasional travel abroad for training. xbhjioe
