Schedule & Travel
  • Primarily Monday-Friday
  • Overnight travel with frequency varying based on business needs (travel + hotel covered)
  • Mix of local and regional routes

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the face of RCS by providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and confidently resolving delivery and service needs
  • Safely operate company vehicles (non-CDL) in compliance with all driving and safety regulations
  • Complete assigned routes with accurate, on-time deliveries to healthcare facilities
  • Adapt to changing routes, schedules, and delivery priorities as needed
  • Load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks and other equipment; perform hands-on, physical work as needed
  • Navigate healthcare environments professionally while adhering to site-specific requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and workspace
  • Support warehouse operations by scanning and processing garments through specialized equipment, ensuring quality and readiness for delivery
  • Communicate and collaborate with operations leadership, contributing ideas to improve processes and team success
What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • High school diploma, GED, or military service
  • Ability to obtain/maintain DOT Medical Certification
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with frequent physical activity (standing, walking, lifting)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable using GPS/navigation tools
Preferred (not required)
  • Delivery driving experience
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital environments
