IT DELIVERY MANAGER W/M

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our Madrid office!
Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for assistance operations and support functions in Mediterranean Region. This role oversees project execution, systems enhancements, platform integrations, and the performance of IT services. Working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors, the IT Delivery Manager ensures that digital solutions are delivered in coherence with the Region strategy on time, within budget, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.

Lead end‐to‐end delivery of IT projects and enhancements.
Ensure systems and services meet SLAs, compliance, and security standards.
Manage incidents, system performance, and continuous improvements.
Report delivery progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Guarantee coherence and reusage of IT solutions in the Mediterranean Region.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree or technical certifications.
3+ years in IT delivery, IT project management, or technical program management.
~ Strong experience in the assistance, or support functions, or financial services ecosystem. Strong understanding of system integrations (APIs, middleware, microservices).
Experience in cloud environments (Main: Azure, nice to have: AWS, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks for insurance.
English & Spanish: professional working proficiency (B2 or higher).
Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
