Job Description

Experience with onboarding Dynatrace Real User Monitoring.

Work with application teams on identifying the various processes and services for their applications and mapping them accordingly.

Work with monitoring team to shadow consultant on changes being made to the environment.

Knowledge with Dynatrace integration with Service Now.

Ability to train application support teams on how they can use Dynatrace to identify root cause.
