Manager, Global Quality Investigations – Lead investigations of quality events, ensuring root‐cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across global sites. Responsibilities Review and evaluate real‐time investigations and post‐market complaints for robustness and appropriate corrective/preventative actions. Participate in investigations of critical quality events and supplier non‐compliance, providing guidance for compliance and quality improvement. Report analyzed data to governance, escalating critical findings to global and regional management. Assess global SOPs & policies against site SOPs, communicating enhancement opportunities to sites. Prepare and present monthly metrics summaries on investigation reviews. Interact regularly with stakeholders at site, regional, and global levels. Apply industry standards and regulatory interpretations to improve review processes. Monitor key performance indicators from investigational metrics within assigned regions/sites to mitigate risk. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4‐7 years of relevant experience. Expert‐level knowledge of quality investigations, processes, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of regulatory agencies governing the industry. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical laboratory testing practices and manufacturing processes. Advanced leadership skills – strategic, analytical, system thinking, and decision‐making. Strong communication, influence, problem‐solving, and presentation abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis (percentages, ratios, graphical data). Ability to read and interpret complex documents and write comprehensive reports. Travel 10%–20% domestic/international travel as required. Compensation Salary range: $78,000.00 – $152,000.00 USD (exact amount varies by skills, experience, and location).
