Location: 6302 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33619 Position Overview The Contact Center Sales Team Lead is a hybrid role focused on sales and leadership. The associate will drive sales of TruGreen products and services in an inside‐sales environment and support Contact Center leadership through mentoring and performance monitoring of other sales reps. Responsibilities Engage customers and prospects through acquisition and outbound calls to present and sell the full range of TruGreen services. Demonstrate advanced sales process knowledge and execution, converting prospects into new customers, upselling and bundling service lines, and retaining new customers. Show advanced product knowledge and superior service to improve customer experiences and drive strong sales results. Lead and influence team members by example, demonstrating a high‐quality sales skill set and customer focus that peers can learn from and replicate. Assist the Contact Center Supervisor and other leaders in monitoring sales representatives' metrics and conversations, coaching them on sales skills and efficiency to raise individual and team performance. Perform additional delegated responsibilities as needed to support sales objectives, including new‐hire training, facilitation, and team management. Achieve individual sales targets during designated shifts and help the team meet sales targets during supervisory shifts. Provide coaching sessions and training facilitation in person or virtually, and regularly monitor live calls to give immediate coaching support. Support location leadership in on‐site requirements such as safety protocols, health screenings, and basic facilities upkeep. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of contact center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience. Associate's degree or higher educational attainment preferred. 3+ years of sales, telemarketing, or call center experience strongly preferred. 1+ year of senior‐level sales experience preferred. Experience in coaching or mentoring other sales staff. Competencies Customer Focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‐centric solutions. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web‐based applications. Knowledge of sales and up‐selling techniques, including overcoming objections, closing sales, and suggestive selling. Data entry proficiency. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with possible shift changes. Advanced knowledge of industry, organization, products, and services. Demonstrated success in leading others. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Must be able to sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms, speak, hear, and use close vision. Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The work environment is low to moderate noise level with minimal adverse conditions. Requires residing in the United States. Benefits Pay Range: $31,819.00 – $58,865.00 (based on qualifications).
