You May be a great fit if:/pulliYou have previous handyman or construction experience/liliYou enjoy working in teams/liliYou are motivated to learn a new skill/liliYou enjoy helping others in a time of need/liliYou enjoy making a difference in your community/liliYou enjoy working outdoors/liliYou enjoy working with your hands/li/ulpIf any of this sounds like you, apply to start a career with SERVPRO today!/ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliRespond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage./liliEvaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition./liliLoad, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project./liliEffectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors./liliMaintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process./liliPerform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up/li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliValid drivers license/liliWillingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays./liliPrevious experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred./liliIICRC certification is a plus./liliMust be able to speak, read, write English- Spanish is a plus/li/ulpSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:/pulliAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance./liliAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)/liliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects./liliAbility to work with/around cleaning agents./li/ulpCompensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour/ppEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
