Job Details Job Location: Unity Customized Living Program – Minneapolis, MN 55418 Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly #OC123 Schedule, Location and Compensation Full Time (32-40 hours per week). Create your own schedule; the schedule you create becomes your set schedule upon hire. Hours worked must be between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Location: Northeast Minneapolis. Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, dependent on experience. You Would Be a Good Fit If You Have Love cleaning. Looking for desirable daytime hours. Like working independently within a team. Required Qualifications Ability to speak and write in English. Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check. Over the age of 18. At least six months of full‐time work experience in any field. More on the Role You will be an important part of our client care team, providing housekeeping and home health aide services. Our customized living programs focus on support for individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. Our programs provide a lower level of care alternative to group homes and nursing homes, meeting clients' individual needs while promoting independence. The care you provide will not only meet clients' basic needs of housekeeping and personal hygiene reminders but also reinforce client dignity, self‐worth and confidence, encouraging them to live their best life. You will work independently or one‐on‐one with clients to ensure clean, safe living spaces. The housekeeping services include a variety of light and heavy household cleaning tasks. Home health aide services are predominantly prompting and supervision but may include full assistance at times.
