RoleWe're on the hunt for a Procurement & Inventory Specialist (AI focus) who thinks in numbers, moves fast, keeps operations tight, and has a tech‐savvy mindset. This role is about inventory, cash flow and operations: from forecasting demand to managing suppliers and coordinating shipments, everything sits under your control. You'll turn data into decisions, keep stock aligned with demand and ensure fulfillment runs smoothly across purchasing, logistics and e‐commerce operations. Strong logical and analytical thinking is a must because you'll implement AI tools, improve workflows and build systems that keep operations efficient and predictable.
Responsibilities Inventory Management- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple sales channels.
- Keep stock aligned with demand and fulfillment needs.
- Build automated workflows using tools like n8n, Claude and similar platforms to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Automate reporting, reorder triggers, purchase order generation and supplier communications.
- Use AI to support forecasting, data analysis and decision‐making.
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and replace them with scalable automated solutions.
- Stay current with AI and automation tools and proactively bring new solutions to the team.
- Forecast demand based on sales trends and upcoming promotions.
- Generate and manage purchase orders to keep inventory flowing.
- Track inbound shipments and ensure deliveries arrive on time.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers and fulfillment partners.
- Analyze product costs, inventory turnover and purchasing trends.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to improve margins.
- Turn inventory and purchasing data into clear insights.
- Spot inefficiencies and fix them before they become problems.
- Coordinate sourcing, sampling and quality checks with internal teams.
- Support influencer and creator shipments through strong coordination.
- Prepare inventory and procurement reports that support decisions.
- Keep data structured, clean and easy to use.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory, logistics or a similar role.
- Logical thinker who uses data to guide decisions.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data files and operational tools.
- Understanding of fulfillment, shipment tracking and documentation.
- Experience forecasting demand and managing purchase orders.
- Clear communication with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams.
- Organized while handling multiple moving parts.
- Ability to spot problems early and fix them quickly.
- Strong interest in AI and use of tools beyond basic prompts.
