What You'll Do As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment. Clinical Responsibilities Include Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults. Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery. Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care. Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning. Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate. Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, and transitioning from one level of care to another. Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation. Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment. Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. LPC or LCSW. Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. EMDR experience is highly preferred. Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults. Incentive Compensation: Eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups. Total Compensation: With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
