Maintenance Manager

Position: Maintenance Manager Salary Range: $95K-$125K Summary Of Job: The Maintenance Manager reports to the Production Director and is responsible for all plant maintenance and capital activities at the Fridley site. This role leads the maintenance team in building a best-in-class culture of Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Success is achieved by ensuring every employee is focused on meeting customer requirements and continuously improving daily plant operations.
