Position Overview The EIDBI Level 1 Practitioner provides direct intervention services to children and youth under age 21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental conditions. Services are delivered under the supervision of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and follow the child's approved Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). Full-time or Part-time Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 EIDBI services in clinic, home, or community settings as authorized Implement intervention strategies outlined in the Individual Treatment Plan Collect accurate data on skill development and treatment progressParticipate in clinical supervision, training, and team meetings Support caregiver education through modeling and collaboration Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with DHS standards Follow all HIPAA, DHS, and Aaran Therapy Center policies and procedures Qualifications Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Level 1 provider requirements , including one of the following: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or Currently enrolled in a related degree program, or Meet DHS-approved equivalent education and experience criteria Additional Requirements Ability to work under clinical supervision Ability to pass DHS background study Reliable transportation (if providing community-based services) Willingness to complete required EIDBI training What We Offer Paid training and ongoing professional development Consistent supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians Supportive, team-based work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for advancement to Level 2 and supervisory pathways About Aaran Therapy Center Aaran Therapy Center provides early intervention services to children and families through Minnesota's EIDBI benefit.
