NPI Sourcing Lead for Launch Excellence

Johnson Controls in Canada seeks an NPI Buyer to lead procurement activities supporting new product development and launches. You will interface with Engineering, PM, Operations, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure supplier readiness, competitive costs, and on-time delivery.

Embedded in cross-functional teams, you will execute sourcing strategy, manage RFQ/RFPs, and track PPAP and launch milestones, while developing should-cost analyses and mitigating supply risks to accelerate time-to-market.
