Onsite Subcontracts Lead, Renewable Projects

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Subcontracts Specialist to oversee subcontract administration for utility-scale solar or wind construction projects. This role travels across the U.S. to manage on-site subcontractor performance and risk, ensuring compliance with contracts, schedules, and safety requirements. You will coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and Legal teams to resolve disputes, manage change orders, and drive successful project delivery.
