Oncology Nurse - BMT & Medical Oncology Unit

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care to oncology patients in a 32-bed unit, including Bone Marrow Transplant and Oncology services. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care with a multidisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, promote safe, patient- and family-centered care, and participate in quality improvement activities while maintaining cultural sensitivity and strong communication.
