Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Day to day Accounting data entry & auditing of accounts, review of financials
- Responding to inquiries via email or mail.
- Purchasing office and warehouse supplies
- Maintaining and researching product orders and keeping an accurate log
- Must be proficient in Quick books, microsoft excel and word.
Summary
As an Admin for both Purchasing and Accounting, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting directly to management, your role will encompass account management, phone etiquette, and organizational tasks. Your core skills will be complemented by premium abilities in event planning and project coordination, enhancing the efficiency of the office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills, and clerical experience will enable you to excel in this dynamic position. Must have at least 10 years experience in accounting.
