Position Overview: As an Outbound Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently preparing shipments for delivery. Your key duties include loading outbound trailers, operating a Stand-Up Forklift, and ensuring all products are accurately scanned and documented. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain our high standards for quality and operational excellence.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Saturday
• Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Safely load outbound trailers according to company protocols
• Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to move and stage products efficiently
• Use RF scanners to accurately record inventory transactions
• Identify and resolve scanning discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect shipments for damages and report issues promptly
• Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times
• Follow safety policies and participate in team meetings and process improvements
• Support inventory control through proper product handling and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehousing, shipping, or logistics preferred
• Valid experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift is required
• Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Flexibility to work overnight hours in a fast-paced setting
