Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for growth data products aligned with consumer experience and channel performance goals.
  • Conduct discovery: identify user needs through partner interviews, usage analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic fit, including AI-powered capabilities.
  • Scout and evaluate AI solutions embedded into data products to improve user experience and insight delivery.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, launch, and iteration.
  • Write user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, including AI-enhanced features; coordinate delivery with Data Intelligence, Platform, D&A, and DBS teams.
  • Lead all aspects of UI/UX build for internal tools (e.g., Power BI, conversational BI), ensuring accessibility and self-service.
  • Act as primary product owner: present roadmaps, demos, and updates; inspire change management (training, documentation, adoption).
  • Collaborate with growth, activation, and agencies to embed products into workflows, and partner with DBS & D&A on martech and platform capabilities for scalability.
  • Own product governance, quality, and compliance; lead and mentor team; promote best practices; define KPIs, handle backlog, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and uphold SLAs, monitoring, and escalation processes to minimize delays and friction in data availability.
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships across D&A and DBS to navigate matrixed dependencies and balance growth urgency with enterprise standardization, cost, and compliance constraints.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years in data/analytics products.
  • Proven ability to translate product innovation into growth impact in consumer/growth contexts.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations with centralized platforms and tooling teams.
  • Deep experience in growth environments (e-commerce, subscriptions, digital products) and exposure to martech, enterprise platforms, and AI/ML features.
  • Strong people and collaborator leadership, with global exposure.
  • Proficiency in frameworks related to product development (discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, agile) and strong user emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel).
  • Deep understanding of data products (dashboards, APIs, self-service, AI features) and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Strong grasp of data flows, modelling, APIs, governance, plus basic SQL proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into precise technical requirements and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
  • Expertise in growth use cases (segmentation, personalization, funnels), awareness of AI/ML trends and data privacy with a relevant graduate degree.
