Key responsibilities: Negotiate and manage technology contracts, ensuring compliance with data privacy provisions Collaborate closely with the general counsel and business stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance Operate independently within a lean legal environment, effectively handling a varied workload Required qualifications: 5+ years of attorney experience Substantial experience negotiating technology agreements Experience with data privacy contract provisions Ability to operate independently in a small legal department Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
