In this role, you'll conduct therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions for children and families. We welcome new graduates and Clinical Fellows, offering mentorship and support to help you thrive! External new hires are eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus and up to $20,000 in annual productivity bonuses! Requirements Master's degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent. Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows). Valid U.S. Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a DHS background check. Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices. Responsibilities Provide evaluations and re‐evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals. Provide therapeutic treatment according to Doctor's orders. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress. Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners. Maintain clean equipment and in good repair. Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
