TRU Choice Painting Inc. is a growing residential and commercial painting company seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to lead crews on job sites across Metro Atlanta & jobs around the Southeast. Must be willing to travel. 
This is a hands-on leadership position — you’ll run the crew, communicate with superintendents and contractors, keep projects on track, handle material runs, and jump in to paint alongside the crew when needed.

Painting experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and work alongside painting crews on residential and commercial projects
- Ensure the crew follows OSHA safety guidelines and that all crew members have and use proper PPE at all times
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, superintendents, and customers (strong English skills required)
- Keep jobs on schedule and on budget — proactively solve issues and maintain progress
- Make material runs to stores and ensure the crew has all supplies needed daily
- Perform hands-on painting, surface prep, and finish work as required
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and clean job sites
- Train and mentor painters on techniques and best practices

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional painting experience (residential and commercial preferred)
- Previous experience leading or supervising a painting crew
- Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills — able to clearly interact with superintendents and team members
- Spanish speaking is a big plus (not required) for better crew communication
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of painting materials, prep work, and application techniques
- Ability to read job scopes and manage time effectively
- Professional, dependable attitude with attention to detail and pride in quality work
