Talent Technical Assessment Analyst at BairesDev What You'll Do Research and refine skill definitions to ensure clarity and alignment with industry standards. Create and improve assessments to evaluate a wide range of technical skills. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to integrate assessment tools into workflows. Create scripts and automate processes to enhance Talent Assessment efficiency. Analyze assessment data to uncover trends and drive actionable insights. Develop and interact with AI-powered internal systems for evaluation. Optimize and streamline talent evaluation processes. Requirements 2 years of overall professional experience. 1+ year experience in Software Development. Strong Python programming skills. Experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis. Process Optimization expertise. Django framework knowledge. Advanced level of English. Plus Technical Writing experience. Web Development skills. Statistics knowledge. AI/Prompt Engineering experience. SQL proficiency. 1+ year in Learning & Development. 1+ year in Data Management. 1+ year in IT Recruitment. Benefits 100% remote work (from anywhere).
