We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction | San Diego, CA

A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects in the San Diego market.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex projects valued at $50M+ while playing a key leadership role across operations, client management, project execution, and field coordination.

Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within electrical construction

Proven experience managing large commercial projects valued at $50M+

Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and operational management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining client relationships

Experience with forecasting, change orders, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation

PMP Certification preferred

Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction processes, and project controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle management of large commercial electrical projects

• Drive project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and profitability

• Partner with field leadership, estimators, engineers, and executive teams

• Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder management

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Mentor and develop project teams while fostering accountability and operational excellence
