Immigration Attorney/Paralegal (EB1A and EB2 NIW)

Job Description Job Description Root Law Group is seeking to work with an independent contractor paralegal or attorney who has experience in EB-1A and EB-2 NIW cases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing and managing extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions, including drafting petition letters, organizing supporting evidence, responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and communicating with clients throughout the process. Candidates should possess excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with business, medical, scientific, academic, or professional achievement-based immigration cases is strongly preferred. This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours and competitive compensation based on experience.
