The Finance BP Expert for Vertical Solutions acts as a financial advisor, providing financial insights and strategic advice to the VS CEO and team, acting as a liaison between finance and operations to support the globally deployed business line. This role ensures financial alignment, performance visibility and consistency across countries, enabling data‐driven decision‐making while coordinating financial practices and insights across markets.

What You'll Do- Work closely with the Vertical Solutions CEO and teams, providing them with economic and financial guidance, operational support and analysis.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Manage reports and KPIs across markets that track the financial performance of the business line, providing insights that link financial results to business strategies, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to address them.
- Provide forward‐looking insights at both global and country levels to guide business planning and performance improvement.
- Translate operational and commercial data from multiple markets into clear financial implications and actionable recommendations for global and local management, ensuring that financial implications of operational decisions are clearly understood and communicated.
- Partner with Group and Country Sales teams to optimize resource allocation, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the area, ensuring alignment with global targets and local realities.
- Provide ad‐hoc economic and financial analysis based on Group Management Control needs.
- Lead cost‐optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the business line.
- Generate innovative financial solutions for the business line.
- Support the elaboration of specific Business Plans through the validation of the financial hypothesis / assumptions.
- Support the "Capital Structure & Business Plan team" with the information and input needed for the elaboration of the long‐term Business Plan.
- Facilitate communication between finance and non‐finance teams, enhancing financial awareness and accountability.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Any other professional certification is preferred.
- English: Advanced (Must‐have)
- Spanish: Advanced (Valuable)
- MS Office: Advanced (Must‐have)
- SAP FI: Advanced (Must‐have)
- At least 6-8 years of experience in finance business partnering, management control, or similar roles, preferably within telecom, infrastructure, or TowerCo environments.
- Proven experience working cross‐functionally in a fast‐paced, commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision‐making at multiple organizational levels.
- Proactive problem‐solving and results‐oriented mindset.
- High level of adaptability and collaboration.
